Call for Paper Abstracts
- Abstracts must be received by COB on Thursday 31 March 2022
- Judging will be completed by Friday 15 April 2022
- Notifications will be forwarded by email no later than Friday 22 April 2022
Innovation Award Submissions
- Submissions must be received by COB on Friday 13 May 2022
- Judging will be completed by Friday 27 May 2022
- Notifications will be forwarded by email no later than Friday 3 June 2022
Health Program Award Submissions
- Submissions must be received by COB on Friday 13 May 2022
- Judging will be completed by Friday 27 May 2022
- Notifications will be forwarded by email no later than Friday 3 June 2022
Legends Award Nominations
- Nominations must be received by COB on Friday 25 March 2022
Early Bird Registration
- Payment of the Early Bird Registration Fee must be received by COB on Friday 15 July 2022 otherwise the Standard Registration Fee will apply.
Cancellation of Registration
- A full refund of the Registration Fee will be made if a request for cancellation is received in writing prior to Friday 15 July 2022.
- After this date no refund will apply, except under exceptional circumstances. In both instances, a cancellation fee of $110.00 will be charged to go towards covering the cost of processing.
- Cancellation of accommodation bookings received after Friday 15 July 2022, and ‘no shows’, will attract a penalty as outlined in the Terms and Conditions of the Hotels and is a matter to be resolved between the hotel and the delegate.
